Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Pay-as-you-go usage is charged as incurred. You can view your current usage and billing information in your account dashboard.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for service outages or technical issues.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of data you extract through DataHive. However, you acknowledge that this data originates from third-party sources and may be subject to their terms and rights.
We retain ownership of the DataHive platform, code, and infrastructure. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
We may collect and use anonymized usage statistics to improve our services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
DATAHIVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
